As a registered charity, Crossroads Care Uttlesford relies heavily on voluntary donations to continue its work in the community. It costs approximately £16-18 to provide one hour of respite care for a carer in Uttlesford.

£30 will pay for an assessment visit to assess a carer’s needs

£43.50 will pay for a three-hour respite break

£55 will pay for one of our care support workers to give an overnight break to a carer

£75 will pay for a care support worker to attend a mandatory training session

£175 will pay for the colour printing of an edition of our newsletter “Keeping in Touch”

£200 will pay for a year’s supply of leaflets explaining the service we offer to carers
